Presentation Makeover Services
The most basic of services, Presentation Makeovers take your ugly slides and make them beautiful – and compliant with PainFree Presentations standards for your venue.

Level 1 is a basic makeover, creating a custom template and correcting font and color issues. A graphic layout featuring your logo and corporate colors is created that conforms to the PainFree Presentations Rules for optimum clarity in adverse conditions. Other than spelling and syntax, no changes are made to the text you provide. Images and graphics you provide are included. (If text is outside the PowerPoint Outliner, or there are mutltiple complex graphics that must be recreated, Level 2 pricing will apply.)

Level 2 edits the text of your existing presentation along with the other Level 1 services. You can be as verbose as you like with your text in the slides. We'll place the verbose text in the notes and replace it with simplified keywords and illustrations. Your verbose text will be visible in Presenter View or when printed as Speaker Notes. If the bulk of text is outside the PowerPoint Outliner, or if there are multiple complex graphic slides to recreate, Level 2 pricing applies.

Level 3 builds your show from a Microsoft Word outline or speech text. It requires no prior knowledge with PowerPoint. We'll make the slides based on key words from your text. You may wish to highlight the key points of your text. The text can be added to the Slide Notes.

TURNAROUND TIME:
Typically your first draft will be to you within 48 hours of receipt of material. Total turnaround is approximately 5 working days, allowing time for you to review and request revisions. Turnaround is shorter if reviews are prompt. If you have an urgent fixed-date need, please contact us in advance so the time can be scheduled. Same day service is possible if scheduled in advance; cost is 2x published rates.

TO SEND US YOUR MATERIAL:
After purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a special URL and password to our Upload Portal where you may upload your raw presentation. You can also attach your raw presentation to an email reply if the file is small enough. We recommend you use a "Compressd Zipped Folder" to package all assets (PPT File, photos, logos or other material) into one file, then upload the Zip file.

Alternately you can burn the content to a disk or copy it to a Flash drive and send it by US mail or express courier to our address, which will be in the confirmation email. (Media will not be returned.)

WHEN PROCESSED
You will recieve a PDF approval copy by email. When you approve the slides and final payment is made, your new PowerPoint file will be posted to a unique URL for you to download and use. Your link will remain active for 6 months to serve as an offsite backup if your laptop, CD or Flash drive is lost or stolen.

*TO QUALIFY FOR BASIC "MAKEOVER" PRICING:
All primary bullet text must be in the PowerPoint "Outliner" or content placeholders. If the bulk of text is in discrete text boxes, Distillation prices will apply. If you are unfamiliar with the Outliner, please download and review Chapter 1 of the www.learnpowerpointforfree.com tutorial.

**FOR MORE THAN 50 SLIDES
Select the 50 quantity then choose "continue shopping." After returning to this page, select the additional slide link, and in the terminal enter the number of ADDITIONAL slides you will need (e.g. if you have 60 slides, you will enter "10" in the quantity.)
