The skill set required for building and delivering great presentation media is so specialized Steve Puffenberger coined a word for it. The job combines the skills of graphic artist, photographer, writer, coach and projectionist into a neat, tidy term, “presentationist.”

With our Presentation Management service, a specilizied presentationist "drives the bus", so to speak, making the entire process of delivering a presentation pain free! You just do what you do best - relate to your audience. In addition to the all the Content Management services, your presentationist will:

• Scout the venue and adjust the presentation as needed to overcome physical problems
• Work with venue staff to alleviate issues that could be distractions to your audience
• Transport, set up, connect and align equipment (if it’s a large show, coordinate and direct AV vendor with stage, screen, sound and stage lighting setup)
• Run thru a rehearsal with you in the venue
• Alert you to quirks or other issues you may face in the venue
• Adjust sound system (or work with venue staff) to assure your voice is heard without feedback
• Connect computer audio to house sound
• Control sound and lighting (or direct engineers from venue or AV vendor)
• Execute commands to advance or randomly access slides as you need them
• Stand by to correct any errors that may happen (even so far as to correct misspellings or add content live on screen.)
• Strike and remove equipment after the show
• Conduct “post mortem” review for continuous improvement
