It's a service that combines two of our Communicate PainFree™ services: PainFree HD Video™ and PainFree Presentation Services™.

Ten years ago we initiated this process for the Professional Landcare Network (formerly ALCA), and we continue to produce their Environmental Improvement Awards show. Prior to our involvement, the show took 4 hours to hand out the 100+ awards. We now do it in UNDER ONE HOUR! Attendees stay engaged, association staff can concentrate on their members, and everyone goes home happy. And the client has a DVD video that can be played in the trade show booth, or sold.

We're now offering this unique service to other state and national associations who need to distribute large quantities of awards. It's a great opportunity to expand service to your members and a cut the hidden cost of staff resources!

Awards Presentation Services

There are three ways we can help organizations who judge and distribute awards:

1. Judging Management (optional). We can organize, process, manage and even run the technology for your judging panel. Our exclusive process gives your judges unprecedented control over what they would like to see, making it a no-hassle, easy process for your staff. NEW! We've invented a way to do "Distributed Judging" where your judges can evaluate projects from the comfort of home and enter scoring online with a special PainFree Website™.

2. Content Management. We organize the winning entries into what will be a smoothly flowing show and build High Definition Video modules that will display the winning entries for all to see. Using our exclusive show itenerary, the awards are distributed with great efficiency. We place the High Defnition Video into a PowerPoint shell that you can use at your awards ceremony. Plus you get a DVD that can be displayed in a trade show booth, sold, or used for promotional purposes.

3. Presentation Management (optional). We come to your event and manage all the technical aspects of your awards presentation, from integrating with the AV support at the venue, to directing your presenters and running the show. It makes for the ultimate in painless awards distribution!
