Minimizing Distractions
PainFree Presentations™ axiom #3 (from the PainFree Presentations™ book) is "People notice distrctions." These include ambient light issues, sound system adequacy, screen size, type size/color/font, projector brightness, etc. With Advent Media at the helm, we manage those distractions because when people are noticing the distractions, they aren't paying attention to you!

Advent-Staged Events
For events in small or medium sized venues (up to 100 attendees), Advent Media can provide all equipment and support needed for up to one 10’ screen, 3K lumen projector, and hifi sound reinforcement/music playback.This is perfect for seminars, smaller meetings, or PainFree Presentations™. (And if the size is right, we'll use our Supernova Screen™ and keep ALL the lights on!)

Large Venue Events
For anything bigger where stage lighting or concert sound are required, we partner with AV Staging vendors to provide large screens, super-bright HD projection, video mag, concert sound and lighting. Advent Media will provide coordination and direction to the AV Tech company as your production liaison, making it so you don’t have to talk tech to get what you want in a big show - and making sure you only pay for what you need!

Photo and Video
Advent Media can also provide HD event video or still photography services. With minimal editing your event photos or video can be delivered on DVD within as little as one day - and sometimes sooner. Call to discuss your event photo or video needs.
