In 1982, Advent Media was a producer of multi-projector silde shows, known as "Multi-Image". The quality of these images that could be produced on a big screen drew accolades from clients for decades. Until, that is, VHS video came along and lowered expectations. Skip a few chapters (you don't fast foward anymore), and we're at the dawn of the High Definition Video era - which achieves image qualiy near to that of slides - only the images can move. Advent Media is an early adopter of the HDV high definition video platform. Using cameras smaller and more unobtrusive than ever, we are acquiring images that surpass the largest, most expensive traditional cameras, at a cost that is no higher than SD production. Originating a project in HD gives clients total flexibility for things to come.  Projects can be delivered in High Definition BluRay disk, standard definition DVD, or any number of Web streaming formats, including those used by YouTube.  But now Advent Media introduces "RightSized HD."  If you are using a laptop and a projector for a presentation, both "normal" HD formats usually provide too much data!  Utilizing Windows Media HD technology, we can create a video file that's the exact size for your projector, meaning top qualilty picture from smaller file sizes. The most important part of Advent Media's application of HD video is the PROCESS that assures your message is communicated to your target audience. The process hasn't changed - only the technology.
