Awards Ceremonies

One of our specialties is Awards Ceremonies. By combining our PainFree HD Video Services™ with the PainFree Presentation™ Management Service, we can create an entertaining, fast paced awards program. 10 years ago we developed this system for the Professional Landcare Network. Previously it took four hours to distribute 120 awards. After using our Award Ceremonies technique, it now takes under an hour. Everyone leaves happy, and for the client it’s PainFree!

Golf Outings

The last thing a golf outing organizer wants to think about is AV, but displaying the winners is a big part of the fun! For over 10 years we’ve managed the charity golf outing for Ruscilli Construction. We begin the day by covering the outing launch with digital stills. Throughout the event we travel with the benefitting charity director and shoot team photos of each team while on the course, along with dozens of other candid shots of the participants. At the closing banquet we make a photo loop from these which plays while people eat, while we work with the golf club’s scoring personnel to prepare the slides displaying the winners – sometimes just seconds before the winners are announced. A no surprises, no excuses event for all.
