New Computers:

• Computer Shopping Assistance:
  We go with you to the computer store and help sort through the bargains to find the one that best suits your needs. Then we completely configure it, deliver it to your location, set it up and show you how it works. It doesn't get any more PainFree than that.
   
• Computer Configuration:
  If you've already purchased a computer, rarely have they been configured for the maximum safety and convenience. If you've bought a computer, we can configure, deliver and install it at your location, and show you how it works.
  
• Networking:
  If you're adding a computer to your system, you'll need to network in order to share your internet connection, files, etc. We can advise you of the best wireless or wired networking solutions and install them for you. Networks are nice when everthing talks to each other. When they don't it's a pain. Save yourself the headache and call the pros.
  
• ESET NOD32 Antivirus®:
  All of our Shopping and Configuration services include a 2 year license of ESET NOD32 Antivirus®, widely aclaimed as the best antivirus product on the market.

Computers In Service

• Emergency Support:
  If you're our customer and you go down, we drop everything to get you back up and running. We understand how critical it is when your life depends on your computer, and we can help diagnose and fix problems, or advise when it's time to retire the box and move into the next generation of computing.
  
• System Changes:
  So you finally decided to switch to another broadband service. Or you purchased an AirCard. The tech support people in India don't understand what you're talking about. You need someone to make the house call and see what's going on. We can help reconnect your system, and if necessary talk "geek" with the tech support hotline. Better yet, call us before making a big system change and let us guide you to the most economical and painless solution that will achieve your goals!
  
• Computer Maintenance:
  Computers are like cars in that they need regular maintenance. From cleaning out the dust to being sure the machine has all its current patches, updates and service packs, they need looking at every 6 months or so. To assure trouble free service, look to PainFree Tech Services for regular computer maintenance.
  
• Peripherals & Add-Ons:
  If you like a shiny new printer, or you need to install a check scanner or barcode wizard, it's easy to get into trouble making it work. For a PainFree experience making something new work on your existing system, you need people who can research and apply the solution quickly.

End of Life

• So the old computer, printer or other component has finally seen better days. If we help you shop for a new box or configure one you've bought, we can transfer all the data, reinstall your programs, and put the old box out to pasture. We work with a local computer recycler who will dispose of the components in an environmentally friendly way.
